- Radiohead raised $572,754 for Haiti relief with their last-minute concert on Sunday. The band, which is in L.A. recording new material, played the Henry Fonda Theater with all tickets sold via online auction. All proceeds went to charity.  Thom Yorke also played one new song solo, "Lotus Flower," during the encore.  It was the band's first performance since last year's Reading Festival.  Among the VIPs on hand Sunday night were Justin Timberlake, Drew Barrymore, Flea, Rosanna Arquette and Paul Thomas Anderson.

Pete Townshend has told Billboard The Who's planned setlist for their Super Bowl halftime performance. The Maximum R&B & Rock legends will play a "compact medley" of some of their biggest hits. Townshend says, "We're kinda doing a mashup of stuff. A bit of 'Baba O'Riley,' a bit of 'Pinball Wizard,' a bit of the close of 'Tommy,' a bit of 'Who Are You,' and a bit of 'Won't Get Fooled Again.' It works -- it's quite a saga. A lot of the stuff that we do has that kind of celebratory vibe about it -- we've always tried to make music that allows the audience to go a bit wild if they want to. Hopefully it will hit the spot."

- The 2010 edition of the Rothbury Festival in Michigan has been cancelled by its organizers. According to a statement, "due to various artists’ recording and touring schedules, timing will not allow them to assemble the cutting edge roster that has been associated with Rothbury." A 2011 edition is expected to take place instead. Last year's Rothbury Festival included Bob Dylan, The Dead, Willie Nelson, The Black Crowes and many more.

- Two Tone Ska legends The Specials will play Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on April 13 as their first appearance in the U.S. as part of their reunion. The original lineup of the group, sans keyboard player and founding member Jerry Dammers, reunited last year for a number of shows overseas. It was announced last week that The Specials would be a part of this year's Coachella Festival. Billboard reports the band will also play Terminal 5 in New York City on April 21, with two more U.S. shows in April and a full tour expected for later this year.

Ozzy Osbourne next, still untitled, record is due out in July, which is the same month Osbourne says that Ozzfest will return after a one-year hiatus. Ozzy, speaking to Rolling Stone, added that after Ozzfest, "I’m doing the most extensive tour of my life. It'll be something like 3,025 dates."

- AC/DC will headline the U.K.'s Download Festival for the first time ever, which runs from June 11 to 13 at Donington Park in Leicestershire. Them Crooked Vultures also have joined the event, along with Deftones, Bullet For My Valentine, Motorhead, Stone Temple Pilots, Wolfmother, Volbeat and Megadeth. More names are expected to be announced soon, with Van Halen among those strongly rumored to be playing this year's festival, according to the NME

- Since the American Carnage Tour with Slayer had to be put on hold, Megadeth has announced plans for a new tour with fellow thrash metal veterans Testament and Exodus. To mark the 20th anniversary of their seminal album Rust In Peace, Megadeth will be playing the album in its entirety, in addition to other Megadeth set list favorites. The tour will kick off on March 1 in Spokane, WA and will run through March 31 in Hollywood, CA. More information will be released next week on the rescheduling of the American Carnage dates as well.

Drake and Ke$ha have joined the roster of artists scheduled to perform at this year's Bamboozle Festival, set to take place at the Meadowlands Sports Complex in East Rutherford, NJ on Saturday, May 1 and Sunday, May 2. This year’s lineup also includes MGMT, Weezer, Motion City Soundtrack, Bullet For My Valentine, The Bled, Minus The Bear, Mute Math, Girl Talk, Paramore and Angels & Airwaves. Drake will be performing right before Paramore on May 1 and Ke$ha will perform on both May 1 and 2.
