- MGMT will co-headline this year's Bamboozle Festival with Weezer, and the event will take place at the Meadowlands Sports Complex in East Rutherford, NJ on Saturday, May 1 and Sunday, May 2. This year’s lineup also includes the previously announced Mute Math, Girl Talk, Paramore, Angels & Airwaves, Matt & Kim, OK GO, Piebald, Say Anything, The Parlor Mob and many more.

KoRn and Rob Zombie have signed on as headliners for this summer's Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival, with Lamb of God and Five Finger Death Punch also on the main stage. The 24-date tour is scheduled to kick off on July 10 in San Bernadino, CA. Other bands on the side stages include Hatebreed, Chimaira, Shadows Fall, Winds of Plague, Atreyu, Norma Jean, In This Moment and 3 Inches Of Blood. Presale tickets go on sale on April 2 and tickets go on sale to the general public on April 16.

- The 2010 Lilith Fair has added more cities and artists, with Loretta Lynn, Norah Jones, Heart, Sia, Cat Power, Kate Nash, Beth Orton, Gossip, LaRoux and many more acts slated to appear at some point on the resurrected festival tour. Lilith Fair will visit 15 more cities as well: Edmonton, San Diego, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Detroit, Hartford, Raleigh, Charlotte, Nashville, West Palm Beach, Tampa, Houston and Austin.

Chris Cornell will play a solo acoustic show on January 29 at The Troubadour in Los Angeles. It will be the second performance in his "Songbook" series. Fans can expect a selection of music that spans Cornell’s entire catalog "as well as a few surprises."

The Killers have cancelled their forthcoming Asian tour dates due to what they have called "unforeseen circumstances." The band posted a message on their website saying only, "The Killers have been forced to cancel their appearances in Singapore, Beijing, Hong Kong, Manila, Tokyo and Seoul due to unforeseen circumstances. The band deeply apologizes to their fans and hope to reschedule their shows in these cities soon." At this time the band's Australian appearances, which begin on February 13, remain scheduled as planned.

- Elvis Costello will tour the U.S. this spring in a variety of configurations. Costello will be playing solo on some shows, plus some with his band The Imposters, and others with The Sugarcanes, the musicians who joined him on his 2009 album Secret, Profane & Sugarcane. The whole tour kicks off in Davis, CA on April 7, and The Sugarcanes dates include JazzFest in New Orleans on April 29 and MerleFest in Wilkesboro, NC on May 1. Costello will also perform solo with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra at the end of May.
